SOPPA Statement

The data that Scilympiad collects from students is not sufficient to be classified as PII. The only three items for coaches to enter into Scilympiad are student first and last name and grade. Student names do not have to be real names, they can be aliases or any other made-up names as long as coaches can keep track of students and alias names. (To be PII, it must include student names and additional information, such as addresses, Scilympiad doesn’t collect any additional information.)
