- Event Schedule: Schedule is subject to change. Rooms will be added closer to the date of the regional.
- Self Schedule Information: Online Self Schedule will be available 6:00 PM on Tuesday, February 17, 2026 through 6:00 PM on Friday, February 27, 2026.

All of the following forms will be e-mailed to coaches in January of 2024 and will be posted below.
- Final Roster: Final roster form for your team. Please complete one roster for each team (V and JV) and have your principal sign the form(s).
- Media and Participation Form: (One for each participant) Release form including sections for media and participation
- Medical Release: (One for each participant) Release for medical purposes
- Volunteer Code of Conduct Form: (One for each coach and volunteer) All school employees, coaches, parent and community volunteers must complete and sign a form.
Tournament Program for Awards Ceremony
- Awards ceremony will take place in the M Building for all levels.
- We are planning on having the awards ceremony begin around 4:00 PM and be concluded by 5:00 PM. Please note that these times are estimates only and are subject to change based on how quickly events are scored and entered.
All rules clarifications posted by 12:00 PM (noon) on Friday, February 27, 2026 will be in effect at the regional competition. Any clarifications posted after this time will not be in use.

Food for lunch will not be available at Harper College this year. Coaches and parents need to plan other accommodations for lunch.
Homerooms will be e-mailed to the coaches (NOT posted online). Homeroom numbers will also be listed on your registration packet. Please do not switch homerooms as we will need to know where everyone is should any issues arise throughout the day. Each school is responsible for cleaning their homeroom and returning it to its original condition. Teams must clean and be cleared out of their homerooms by 3:00 pm on the day of the regional.
Event supervisors will check in beginning at 6:15 AM in the Avanté Center outside of room Z102.
The Avanté Center between buildings Y and Z near lot 3 on the southeast corner of the Harper College campus. Team drop off and registration begin at 6:45 AM.
TEAM ROSTERS/FORMS
All team members must have a medical release and a media release permission form, while coaches must provide a roster for each team competing (linked above). A Principal’s signature is required at the bottom of each roster submitted. Please alphabetize your forms and divide them into 2 separate piles – one for Medical Release Forms and one for Media Release Forms. We will be checking these against your team roster(s).
As you check in, our volunteers will count out the designated amount of wristbands for your team. Please do not leave the check in table until you do this. Students without wristbands will not be admitted to their events. Please read the Wristband directives that you will find in your registration packet at check-in.
- Each school will get two wristbands for coaches. Only coaches wearing wrist bands will be allowed to appeal. Coaches wristbands will be neon green.
- Separate color wrist bands will be used for B level teams and for C level teams.
- Each Varsity and JV team will be limited to 15 wrist bands.

NOTE: Please make sure that all of your students have wristbands that are securely fastened. Competitors will not be given extra time during events to address improperly worn wristbands.
Impound for all events will occur between 7:15 AM and 8:00 AM (see below).

Awards will be in the Gymnasium (M Building).
We are planning on having the awards ceremony begin around 4:00 PM and be concluded by 5:00 PM.
Harper College is an open and unsecured campus. Anyone can come and go on campus. Coaches need to keep an eye on their students. Students should NOT go wandering off by themselves.
Please ask students to leave all personal belongings in the homeroom. Students who bring personal belongings to an event will be asked to place all belongings at the front (or back) of the event room.
Cell Phones MUST be turned off and put inside a personal belonging that is left at the front (or back) of the room. Phones may NOT be kept on a student during an event. Students found with cellphones may be asked to leave the event.
